🛡️ Every product sold on dreamsdigi.com is covered by a 24-month legal warranty on manufacturing defects, in full compliance with EU Directive 2019/771.
1. Legal basis
Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in the consumer's country. Mandatory and cannot be waived.
2. Duration
24 months from delivery. First 12 months: reversed burden of proof in favour of the consumer.
3. What is covered
- Product doesn't match description, type, quantity or quality stated at sale
- Not fit for normal intended use
- Manufacturing defects or material faults not visible at purchase
- Missing accessories required by the contract
4. What is NOT covered
- Improper use or misuse
- Failure to follow instructions
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid ingress)
- Defects known to the customer at purchase
5. Your remedies (in order)
- Free repair
- Free replacement
- Price reduction if repair/replacement impossible
- Full refund for substantial defects
